Who We Are

African American men are often underrepresented, unheard, and underserved in MS spaces. Brother 2 Brother was created to change that—by centering culture, trust, and brotherhood. We don’t just offer support. We offer belonging.

Our Mission

Brother 2 Brother Foundation is a community-based support group and organization that provides a safe, empowering space for African American men living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It operates as both a support network and educational foundation, aiming to bridge gaps in awareness, care, and advocacy within the MS community.

  • Support Network – Empowering African American men affected by MS through community connection and shared experiences

  • Advocacy – Voicing for change by addressing health inequities and promoting MS awareness within our communities

  • Education – Raising awareness through culturally tailored workshops, webinars, and partnerships with healthcare experts
